TRAINING PROGRAMS

We have multiple programs available for purchase to suit all wants and needs.


The ADVANCED program is designed for lifters with a great foundation, looking to maximise their gains through rep manipulations & intensity techniques. It is recommended to have at least 3 years of training experience for this program.


The INTERMEDIATE program is designed for lifters looking to build that great foundation, looking for maximal muscle and strength gains all around. It is recommended to have at least 1 year of training experience for this program.


The LOWER BUILD program was designed for those wanting to really build up the lower body using many training methods &  rep ranges to do so. It is recommended to have at least 1 year of training experience for this program.


The BEGINNER program was designed for those starting out in the gym or those with time constraints looking to build up strength and build a bulletproof body. There are no minimum training experience requirements for this program!

4 day ADVANCED TRAINING PROGRAM

This program suits lifters with a minimum of 3 years training experience.
